Our Story

The Wake Forest, North Carolina, Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was organized on March 20, 2011. Our stake is a regional group of congregations working together to strengthen faith in Jesus Christ and serve our communities. It currently includes eight congregations across northern Wake County and surrounding areas. We are one of 19 stakes in North Carolina.

Although our Church spans the globe, our focus is always on the one. That includes you! Whether you're new to the area, exploring faith, or just looking for community, you are welcome here. We invite you to come as you are and feel the peace, purpose, and belonging that the gospel of Jesus Christ brings. We believe that everyone has something important to offer—and we hope you’ll find a spiritual home among us.

We place a high value on families, service, and community connection. We regularly partner with local organizations to provide service and support throughout the region.
